We will also have a guest speaker Wendi Molina Transaction Coordinator Extraordinaire; California Association of Realtors Instructor and current President of National Association of Real Estate Support Professionals.
Wendi is a star in the Real Estate TC world. She not only works as a TC but teaches TC’s as well. She has a knowledge of the Real Purchase Agreement that is not surpassed. We look forward to her giving us her insights on the TC role in our escrow; what is happening in the at CAR from her perspective; New contracts coming out(?) and of course the Transaction Coordinator went National. How is that working?
